The 2025 Conference
mmsi 25
Hosted at the Ross School of Business in partnership with McKinsey & Company, MMSI 25 was Michigan’s first national case competition for undergraduate students.
MCKINSEY SPEAKERS
Undergraduate students from around the globe learned from thought-provoking panels led by McKinsey partners across industry verticals, which offered forward-looking conversations with exclusive insights into trends and innovations shaping their coverage groups.

MMSI 2025 CASE
MMSI 25 presented competitors with a challenging go-to-market case built around McKars, a century-old automaker navigating the EV transition while still relying on a large franchised dealer network. Teams had to design a 24-month strategy that modernized the customer journey with real-time inventory, transparent pricing, and digital checkout, while staying compliant with state-by-state rules and protecting dealer economics under tightening EV margins.

2025 Winners: Team Trinity Representing the University of Virginia
